Lakeview Center Chiropractic, Acupuncture and Massage is a healthcare facility specializing in a holistic approach. Dr. Penry is offering chiropractic care combined with acupuncture and massages.

GOALS
The goal was a fresh, structured website uniting the newly remodeled office with a redesigned web presence. Streamlining previous content via new information architecture and sensible editing of the information provided.

Understanding the problems
DEFINING KEY ISSUES
Lakeview Center Chiropractic, Acupuncture and Massage offers more than just chiropractic care. This unique holistic combination was not presented by the previous website service for chiropractors. Rigid templates were difficult to customize and old content cluttered the fresh look that was desired for the new appearance online and offline. The structure was flexible enough to give the website that distinctive look:
- Services were only independently represented without connection.
- Difficulties for SEO with existing templates.
- No access point for quick updates and blog posts.
Approach
PHASES
The small team made for a trimmed down UX process, focusing on user research and data analysis of already collected statistics, information architecture and wire framing, skipping Hi-Fi design and going straight to production; testing is in progress.
CHALLENGES
Definition of user group, copywriting issues,
looping in Lo-Fi wire framing
PRIORITISATION OF FEATURES
User research and analyzing data showed key areas that needed to be attended. Based on the findings only the top five issues will be covered by the redesign.
